Throughout the years, my weight has constantly fluctuated. I struggled to make time to workout and always found an excuse. In February 2017, I decided it was time for a change. I started eating healthier and integrated an exercise routine into my schedule. I also set daily goals using wellness apps and a smartwatch to help me stay on track. This dramatic lifestyle change enabled me to lose over 70 pounds. My life changed for the better. My weight loss not only made me feel good about myself but I was so much more energetic.
I hope to use my story to inspire others and let them know that anything is possible as long as they stay committed.
