What Motivates me to Stay Fit?

Many people have asked me what was the motivation behind my weight loss and how have I been able to maintain my weight.

The answer is simple…

  1. Weight gain: I do not want to go back to my old life. I was overweight and had no energy. I’ve gained and lost weight so many time and I never want to go back to yo-yo dieting. This was a lifestyle change, not a diet.
  2. Health & fitness: Now that I’ve lost the weight, I’m hoping to build some muscle and continue on my wellness journey. I don’t want to become a bodybuilder but just improve my fitness.
  3. My family: Stay fit and be there to support my family. A lot of men do not take care of their health. They skip doctor appointments or think its nothing, it’ll go away. I want to be around a long time to take care of my family. It’s the people you leave behind that will pay the price.
